Macwear Athletics owner and president James McAleavey, a UMass Athletics Hall of Fame Inductee and an all-time top-five point scorer for the University of Massachusetts. Jim played men’s lacrosse at the school from 1988 to 1991. He’s now a lacrosse businessman, with Macwear Athletics Apparel and Equipment with stores in Southport, CT and in Delray FL. Jim has created a venue where lacrosse players can find lacrosse gear locally in Southport, Connecticut and Delray Beach, Florida.

Macwear specializes in equipment, accessories, high-quality custom apparel and uniforms and trophies. Over the past two decades, McAleavey has established business relationships with youth lacrosse leagues, sports teams, corporate businesses, charities and benefits, and also non-profit organizations. Macwear has youth lacrosse gear and specializes all the way up to college lacrosse equipment and apparel. We do individual and team sales and we can get you uniforms for any sport. Macwear deals with all the major brands, such as Under Armour, Warrior, Brine, STX, DeBeer, Harrow, Shamrock and more, along with Riddell and Cascade helmets.
